What we make.
With a particular emphasis on office desks Rack’s activities currently fall into 10 broad sub-categories. These include Electrically Operated Sit/Stand desk frames, Hand Cranked height adjustable desk frames, modular Beam and Bench System under-structures, Flip Top table mechanisms, Classroom / Laboratory Benching and Meeting Table under-frames. In addition to this Rack also manufactures a complimentary portfolio of integrated upholstered Office Screens, upholstered Wooden Stools, a range of Booths, Sofas and Workstations and a configurable, modular shelving system.
Operating from a comprehensively equipped purpose built 60,000 sq ft factory complex, Rack’s core manufacturing competencies include precision Sheet Metal work (punching, laser cutting & bending), Tube Laser cutting, Welding MIG & TIG (robotic & manual), Powder Coating (on-line), CNC Machining of wooden panels, Sewing and simple Upholstery.
