Rack operates two automated high-capacity online powder coating lines with aqueous degreasing and rapid colour changing capabilities.

This setup enables the team to apply two colours simultaneously and change colours rapidly – accommodating small and large batches with minimal disruption and loss of track space.

The two Gema powder coating booths employ a closed loop powder feed system, ensuring maximum powder recovery whilst delivering extremely high-quality finishes.

Rack has recently upgraded the curing ovens to support low-bake powders, enabling lower temperature curing, faster processing, and reduced energy consumption. This not only boosts efficiency but also lowers our environmental footprint, reflecting Rack's commitment to innovation and sustainability.
